Dealer Sales Representatives

Job Title: Dealer Sales Representative

Responsibilities

The ideal person will:

  • Manage and oversee the business development aspect
  • Open sales channels through good business location
  • Manage not less than 50 company dealers
  • Develop sales agents and placing them at venous sales points
  • Generate and develop customer leads from previous below the line activity which will in turn convert to active subscribers
  • Manage sale-in and sale-out business process for dealers so as to encourage repeat purchase
  • Corporate sales activities – Source relevant and profitable contract both within the public and private sector for bulk subscribers
  • Identify and develop new markets/monthly sales plans in accordance with company strategy and goals
  • analyze and track performance of value chain/trade partners
  • Ensures that identified opportunities are converted into business

Experience & Qualification

  • Must have minimum of B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing.
  • Must have experience at least 3 year work in Marketing
  • Must have ability to follow up with dealers and prospective customers
  • Must be punctual to meetings and give useful ideas to improve the dealer system
  • Must have strong communication and convincing skills
  • Must have good computer Skill for office (Excel, PPT, Word)

Sales Managers

Job Title: Sales Manager

Responsibilities

The ideal person will:

  • Oversee regional and local sales representatives and their trade partners
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures and direct sales and service outlets of the organization.
  • Visit franchised dealers to stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of business. Review operational records and reports to Zonal sales Director and determine profitability Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service, accounting, record keeping and stock check/taking of the company’s products.
  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.

  • Track satellite dish signal
  • Be responsible for equipment maintenance and signal content monitoring

  • Compute and send daily and weekly reports to superior.
