Job Title: Front Desk Officer / Book Keeper
- Answer phone calls
- Coordinate mail flow in and out office
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing and clerical duties.
- Prepare travel vouchers
- Arrange appointments
- Schedule meetings and conference room
- Coordinate office activities
- Maintains historical records by filing records
- Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance;reconciling entries.
- Suitable candidate must have a background in Accounting, Finance,Economics or related discipline.
- Experience in related will be an added advantage.
